Ingredients

  • 1 package (approximately 20 ounces) ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup thinly diced red onion
  • 2 green onions, sliced into thin coins
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 &1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 6 slices of cheese (Munster or cheder)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup stone ground mustard
  • 8-10 soft dinner rolls, split
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • Seasoning such as salt & Pepper for taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine turkey, red onion, green onions, egg, your choice of seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and cumin, mixing tell combined.
  2. Shape into twelve 1/2-in.-thick patties.
  3. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil until a thermometer reads 165°.
  4. Top with cheese & covered for 30-60 seconds or until cheese is melted.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread on roll & top with burger, lettuce and onion. Enjoy
