Turkey Sliders
- 1 package (approximately 20 ounces) ground turkey
- 1/4 cup thinly diced red onion
- 2 green onions, sliced into thin coins
- 1 large egg
- 1 &1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 6 slices of cheese (Munster or cheder)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup stone ground mustard
- 8-10 soft dinner rolls, split
- 1-1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- Seasoning such as salt & Pepper for taste
- In a bowl, combine turkey, red onion, green onions, egg, your choice of seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and cumin, mixing tell combined.
- Shape into twelve 1/2-in.-thick patties.
- Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil until a thermometer reads 165°.
- Top with cheese & covered for 30-60 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread on roll & top with burger, lettuce and onion. Enjoy
